EP #281 Why Consistency is Hurting You
Consistency is normally thought of as a good thing.
But it can actually work against you if you don’t have a focus beyond just doing the same things over and over again. It’s almost too easy to automate things today and we think the best way is just to replicate without iterating.
I find the best businesspeople to be able to consistently try to improve, not just repeat stuff.
There is a big difference between insanity (doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results.) and repetitions for growth.
I dive into this and how to develop your own process this week.
Enjoy the growth.📈
