Speeches that inspire generosity

“The most successful organizations I’ve ever talked to are full of people that feel like they have something special to give.”

A thriving organization is a generous organization and a generous organization is full of generous people.

Bob will inspire your team to act with a giving mindset so that working with and for your company is a joyful opportunity.

Join the giving movement and find happy customers and motivated employees.

Why Generosity?

“Generous” is defined as showing a readiness to give more of something, as money or time, than is strictly necessary or expected.

The key to good business is to offer more than what is expected. That means offering more to your executives, your partners, and your customers in their experience with your organization.

It’s scientifically proven that even the simplest of generous acts make all parties involved (including onlookers) feel good. You could say it’s contagious. Training people to think and act generously makes experiences with them enjoyable. As a result, people want more.

In a not-so-strange way, the giving mindset allows the best companies to receive more than they ever expected.

Giving is actually an accumulation technique.

Generosity is a lifestyle.

Bob believes in taking care of what he has to make it last…but not for himself, for others. It is his mission to help people do the same by delivering powerful and engaging talks for groups with a desire to do better with what they have.

Your team will feel inspired to give everyone they come in contact with a better experience than they ever expected after hearing from Bob. They’ll want to take advantage of every moment they have to do the best job they can.

Bob’s perspective derives from a battle with cancer at age 18. After growing up an only child, it wasn’t until he was legally an adult that he felt alone. Suffering from a life-threatening illness at such a young age led to a unique view of the gift that is vitality. Having life is something to celebrate and enough to be a giver.

Bob now serves as the Founder and President of Initiate Impact Virtual Family Offices - a wealth management firm dedicated to radical generosity. He also hosts the Speaking of Impact podcast and writes The E-Impact Blog. When not giving all he can on stage and in his business endeavors, he loves to serve others all over the world.
