We know a great event takes a lot of work. You have plenty of decisions to make and how you spend time, money, and other resources is critical. Our goal is not only to make an enjoyable experience for your people, but also provide them with actionable lessons and memories that will help your organization thrive in the future. In addition, we want you to be recognized for planning a spectacular event.

The Process

  • 1. 📱 Contact

    The first step is to contact us to talk about your event. We’ll reach out within one business day to discuss partnering with your organization. We’ll talk about what date(s) you are looking at, what your ideal event will look like, and anything else you’d like to cover.

  • 2. 🗓️ Book

    The second step is to secure a date on Bob’s calendar. We’ll prepare a contract and once it’s signed your date is held. Then, we’ll schedule a planning call with Bob so you can discuss how to make the best experience possible for you and your organization.

  • 3. 🧾 Plan

    This is the most critical step outside event day. You and Bob will spend some time talking about your organization and industry, the audience’s needs, the gathering where Bob will speak, and whatever else is necessary for success. We’ll develop the ideal experience for you after this meeting.

  • 💳 Pay

    Full payment is due one week before your event. We’ll also finalize scheduling, room and stage setup, and travel arrangements (Bob typically arrives a day early for in-person events). This will ensure everything before event day that can be done has been addressed.

  • 🚀 Let's Go

    It’s event time, how exciting!? Bob will be in town early to meet with the production team for a sound check. This is a good time to review any logistics and update Bob on any timely news. Then, you’ll be ready to enjoy a terrific keynote and enjoy the audience’s experience.

  • ✅ Review

    We want to make sure we’ve delivered and that you’re appreciated in your organization. We’ll take some time after the event (once you’ve had time to rest and are back in the office) for a recap and to determine what else is needed to make sure everyone can implement what they’ve learned.
