EP #266 Fair is NOT The Same
You CAN’T treat people the same.
I have seen a thousand leadership trainings and even more pieces of advice.
Most of it is way too generalized.
There is no perfect style.
You have to consider how to treat people fairly.
And that is really tough.
The best leaders learn from every interaction they have.
You’re not born with a special skill. It can be trained but it’s mort about what you deliver to others than how effective you are at motivation or management.
This episode will cover why you can treat people the same and how to be a better giver (leader) regardless of your title or position.
Enjoy the rest of your week and keep leading wherever you are. 😀
