EP #276 Why People Hate Their Job

I hate my job...is something we hear too often. 😮

But why?

Why are people feeling this way.

Pew Research Center said that 75% of people report dissatisfaction with their role. That’s tough…and I don’t me “tuff”.

We have to fix this. You have to fix this in your organization.

I have 5 reasons why people hate their job and ways to prevent them. People deserve a healthy workplace culture and feeling related to their work when not on the clock.

I wouldn’t say these things are unknown but you’d be surprised how easy it is to overlooked them. You’ll want to stop that right away and get people in a joyful state that makes them appreciate their job (and growing the company).

Have a “hateless” rest of your week. 👍🏼
