EP #176: Getting S.O.B.E.R. with Massimo Rigotti

Addiction plagues many people in this world and there are a few popular programs that have proven to be very helpful in battling this disease.

Today, we’ll be talking about a new way to get sober.  Massimo Rigotti’s S.O.B.E.R. method takes some of the existing systems and “flips them on their head”.  Massimo has dealt with addiction, bipolar disorder, and a near-death experience.  It’s safe to say he’s been through a lot.

The conversation in this episode gets deep into the experience of an addict and how Massimo believes they can use their natural gifts and skills to overcome their struggles.
